I live outside of SC, can I receive therapy from you?

Yes, if you live in Florida, Georgia, or Missouri. I am registered as a telehealth provider in Florida as of 2021 and I received my MO and GA license in 2021.

When do I make payments?
Due to sessions being remote, I require your debit/credit card to be entered into my secure health platform – Simple Practice- before services are rendered. As soon as our sessions begin the card will be charged.

What theoretical approach do you use?
I use an eclectic approach that combines Person Centered therapy with various aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Can I do a Hybrid of text and video therapy?
Yes, video sessions are discounted for actively subscribed text clients.

Do I need a webcam for Video sessions?
Video sessions can be done from a computer/laptop with a webcam OR from any smart device with a camera.

Do you accept insurance?
