I have flexible services to meet your needs and comfort level. I offer counseling via text and video.

Text – I respond to messages once in the morning and once at night Mon-Fri (this excludes state holidays). Text therapy is $180 monthly. This can only be done individually.

(Optional – You may add on 30 minute video therapy sessions for an additional $55 per session).

Video – Video therapy is done by appointment. Most video appointments will be in the evenings or occasionally weekends. These appointments are billed at $65 for a 30 minute session (which I most commonly do) or $80 for a 45 min session. Couple’s counseling is offered at $150/hr. I recommend therapy sessions every other week to gain the most benefit.
